HONOR agreements regarding time, fees, & scope of work.

RESPOND promptly to inquiries or work issues.

PROVIDE HONESTY in dealing with people, issue, words, & actions.

REPRESENT myself & skill level honestly.

KEEP A CULTURE OF PROFESSIONALISM by committing to
raising the level of professionalism on each set that you are
on.

MAINTAIN HARMONY by seeking to repair & mend work
relationships & heal interactions that have gone awry.

SUPPORT A SECURE ENVIROMENT by striving for safe working
conditions for everyone, including not tolerating any form of harassment, bullying, misconduct or poor behavior. 

SHOULD A MEMBER VIOLATE THE CODE OF CONDUCT, whether on campus or elsewhere in the industry:

If IFA Chicago is notified that any member has violated our Code of
Conduct, IFA will notify that member of the violation and, at IFA’s
discretion, discuss the violation and necessary actions to place the
member in good standing.

Should IFA receive a second notice that any member has violated
IFA’s Code of Conduct, IFA will notify member and restrict the
member’s benefits as IFA deems necessary. Such restriction may
include, barring the member from IFA activities for a set a period
of time or even termination of membership.

IFA Chicago does not tolerate discrimination toward anyone's race, gender, sexual preference, ethnicity, religious, or political beliefs
